Every kimochii order is packed and shipped from our warehouse in Faridabad, Haryana, India. We deliver our candles across the country with care.

Your order is dispatched within 4-5 business days. Once it leaves our facility, it usually reaches within a week or earlier, depending on the destination. You will receive updates along the way so you always know where it is.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders above INR 5,000.
