• Exchanges are supported within 48 hours of delivery when an item arrives damaged, and remains unused and unopened.
• An exchange can be processed only if a complete unboxing video is shared at the time the request is raised.
• You may choose another item of the same value, and we will gently guide you through the exchange process.
• To begin, simply write to us at hello@kimochii.in with clear photos and your unboxing video, and we will share the next steps.
• Please keep the product, tags, and packaging in their original condition so the exchange can move smoothly.
• The exchange will be completed once the returned item is received and reviewed, and you will be notified as soon as it is done.
  
  

Your exchange request may not be eligible if:

• The unboxing video was not shared, which would have helped us understand the condition in which it reached you.
• The item was opened, used, or returned without its original packaging or tags.
• The request was placed outside the 48-hour exchange window.
• The product belongs to a final-sale or non-exchangeable category.

• Once the returned item reaches us, it is reviewed to ensure it aligns with our exchange guidelines.
• After approval, we begin preparing your replacement piece with the same precision and soft detailing as your original one.
• The exchange process may take 5 to 7 business days, depending on courier timelines.
• You will receive an update as soon as your replacement is ready to be shipped to you.
