You can browse the collections, choose your candle or accessory, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once you select your preferred payment method, complete the details, and confirm, your order is placed.

You will need your name, delivery address, contact number, and payment details. These help us prepare your order seamlessly and send it to the right place.

You will receive an email with your order details, along with the tracking ID, once it is ready to be dispatched. This message is your final confirmation that everything is in place.

Yes. You can share your interest with us through email, and we will notify you when it comes back.

No. You can check out as a guest if you prefer. Creating an account simply helps you track your orders more easily and save time on your next purchases, because we know you’ll be back. 

You can log in, go to your profile section, and update your information. Your changes will reflect instantly.

You can click on the Forgot Password option on the login page. Choose email or mobile verification, then follow the steps to create a new password.

You will receive a confirmation by email right after the purchase. It includes all details of your order. You can track every step of the delivery process to stay informed.

We are not shipping internationally just yet, but this offering is on its way and will open soon.

Cancellations & Modifications

Once the order is placed, it begins its journey almost immediately. It moves into preparation, packing, and scheduling, which means we are unable to make changes or bring it back.

After the order is confirmed, it enters the shipping process and starts moving towards you. At this stage, the address cannot be altered, as everything is already set in motion.

Issues With a Delivered Order

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Check your order confirmation to see if the item was included.
  • If your parcel is incomplete, wait a little, as some items may arrive in separate packages.
  • If an item listed in your order has not reached you, write to us, and we will guide you further.
  • Reach out within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • Look through the package when it arrives.
  • If the item is harmed, keep the box, packing material, product, tags, and bill as they are.
  • If the damage is extensive, take clear photos and an unboxing video before discarding anything safely.
  • If only part of your order arrived, wait for the remaining pieces since they may ship separately.
  • Check the tracking link in your email for updates.
  • Carriers may mark orders as delivered slightly early, so allow some time for it to reach you.
  • Check with neighbours or anyone who may have accepted the parcel.
  • If the tracking seems unclear or the package does not appear, write to us, and we will assist you.

Payment

We process payments through Razorpay. You can use major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay, along with UPI payments and other supported card-based options available on the gateway.

This usually happens when the payment does not go through smoothly. It may be due to an interruption during checkout, a bank restriction, or a momentary gateway issue. You can try again, or reach out to us if you need help completing your order.

Once the order is placed, it moves into preparation and cannot be cancelled.

All purchases are placed through prepaid payment methods before the order is dispatched.

Sometimes the system takes a moment to complete the internal check. Give it a little time while our backend finishes the process and sends your confirmation email. It usually settles on its own, and you will hear from us shortly.
