1. What is kimochii’s Return & Cancellation Policy?

  • Since every order is prepared and hand-packed with thoughtful intention and care, returns and cancellations are not supported once an order is placed.This allows us to preserve the quality, feel, and sincerity behind each piece we create.
  • If something arrives in a way that doesn’t reflect our standards, our exchange policy will support you.

2. What is kimochii’s Exchange Policy?

If something reaches you in a way that doesn’t reflect our standards, we’re here to make it right through an exchange.

Exchanges are supported within 48 hours of delivery when an item arrives damaged and remains unused and unopened.

  • An exchange can be processed only if a complete unboxing video is shared at the time the request is raised.
  • You may choose another item of the same value, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
  • To begin, write to us at hello@kimochii.in with clear photos and your unboxing video.
  • Please keep the product, tags, and packaging in their original condition so the exchange can move smoothly.
  • The exchange will be completed once the returned item is received and reviewed. You will be notified as soon as it is done.

3. Why was my exchange request denied?

Your exchange request may not be eligible if:

  • No unboxing video was shared.
  • The item was opened, used, or returned without its original packaging or tags.
  • The request was placed outside the 48-hour exchange window.
  • The product belongs to a final-sale or non-exchangeable category.

 4. When will my exchange be processed?

  • Once the returned item reaches us, it is reviewed to ensure it aligns with our guidelines.
  • After approval, we prepare your replacement with the same precision and soft detailing.
  • The exchange may take 5–7 business days depending on courier timelines.
  • You will receive an update as soon as your replacement is ready to ship.
